Idea for Missha's Birthday ♥

Missha will be turning 4 na on December 20, ang bilis ng panahon ano.  I am thinking of a party theme for her.  She likes Barbie.. as in she loves Barbie sooooo much so I am thinking of a Barbie Theme Party.  Nagustuhan ko talaga to, i'll post pictures nalang para less talk.. LOL!

Sobrang ganda nilang lahat, lalo ako ginanahan mag plan kasi favorite colors ko ang black, pink and white ♥

Super Typhoon Yolanda

Ito na yata ang pinaka grabe na typhoon na na-experience ko ever in my entire life. I swear.. kay Super Typhoon Yolanda lang ako na super stressed out and super paranoid talaga. Sa linya pa naman ng work ko hindi ako pwede mag abandon kasi part ako ng Emergency Protocol ng Hotel, pero hindi rin pwedeng hindi ko kasama mga anak ko kaya inevacuate ko mga anak ko ng malapit sakin para hindi ako mag worry masyado. Nung Nov.06, nag meeting na kami ng Management regarding the Super Typhoon Yolanda kasi syempre kailangan proactive for the safety of our guests. Nov. 07, super busy na kami sa pag protect ng hotel from the expected strong winds, nag stock na kami ng supplies and everything needed. Night of the 7th sinundo ko mga anak ko and brought them to me, we checked in to a hotel kasi feeling ko mas safe kami sa concrete building kesa sa bahay lang sila. Nov.08th ng morning did numerous rounds sa hotel facade, back area and lobby to ensure everything is ok na and ready for the winds and around 9:00 am she came.. she came fierce as in it was the strongest wind ever! It was raining yes but the hard blowing of the wind made everything so scary. It was I think 5 hours of strong winds then she left.. no damage naman sa hotel thats how prepared we were.. my kids were ok and everyone else was ok.. pero damages after she left Cebu was extreme.. trees mga nabagsak, and windows flew, mga yero nangawala.. basta grabe. Did I mention na nag aftershocks pa ng dalawang beses it was scary.. grabe.

My heart really breaks for Tacloban, as a matter of fact when I see Tacloban in the news I turn off the TV or change the channel kasi nakaka depress ang nangyari its as if lumubog sa tubig ang Tacloban. My heart really breaks for them.  

Thank you Lord Jesus that my family is safe. I pray for those affected by this Super Typhoon.. those families who lost loved ones and those who are left shocked. Please bless and help them.

I will miss you..

I got the saddest news today from my friends and co workers from Convergys na yung friend ko na halos sister ko na passed away due to Cardiac Arrest yesterday at Cebu Doctor's Hospital. My heart breaks for the children she left behind. According to our friends, she had multiple heart attacks since November 01, 2013 and she just gave up na yesterday. I will truly miss her. Lovey, may your soul rest in peace. I love you girl. You will be forever in my heart. Your children are in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss you so much Lovey. I love you.

Career Talk ♥

Na realize ko lang hindi pala updated ang Facebook ko regarding career, actually sinadya ko syang hindi i-update pang iwas stalkers LOL! joke. Sa facebook ko it's there na I am currently working with JP Morgan Chase, I actually did sign a Job Offer with them pero hindi ko tinuloy. Nag withdraw ako ng J.O kasi mas pinili ko balikan ang Hospitality Industry. I am currently working in a Hotel somewhere in Cebu ♥ the best job ever. Namimiss ko ang Drake Hotel pero sa totoo lang mas masaya ako sa work ko ngayon kasi sobrang love ko yung team ko and I was blessed with awesome bosses ♥ I love them all.

The image is the place kung saan ako nag wowork, I am part of management and operations ♥ I manage a team of people na sobrang bait and sobrang respectful. I am the latest addition but irregardless na mas grabe ang seniority nila over me, they respect me talaga kaya thankful ako kasi from Day 1 binigyan nila ako ng chance na mag lead sa kanila. I do a lot of things on a daily basis, I focus on different things actually.. pero kahit gumagana ng grabe yung brains ko hindi ako stressed out.

Iba talaga pag passion mo yung ginagawa mo, hindi mo dina-drag yung sarili mo pumasok araw araw compared nung nasa Convergys ako kahit pa halos hindi na ko pinag take ng calls and nag tetrain nalang ako hindi ko parin sya ma appreciate talaga i was dragging myself to work everyday.. hindi ko talaga passion.. Kaya sobrang blessed ko sa work ko ngayon kasi passion ko na, masaya pa ako♥

Yaya Issues (Omg!)

I am fortunate I live in the Philippines, kasi dito hindi kasing mahal ang yaya compared sa Nanny sa States. And I guess I am lucky kasi pasok sa banga ng budget ang mag maintain ng dalawang yaya one for my Missha and one for Shams. Mas ok na rin na ganun atleast pag nasa work kami panatag akong ok ang mga anak ko kasi focussed ang mga yaya sa kanila kasi tig isa sila. (Agree?) Ang hirap kaya mag work tapos hindi ka mapakali kakaisip at kaka worry sa mga kids mo diba... kaya kahit medyo extra gastos ok nalang din kasi its for my children.

Nung Saturday, October 26 yung yaya ni Shams humingi ng off kasi uuwi daw sya sa kanila in preparation for the Barangay Elections which was yesterday October 28.  Yung yaya din ni Missha asked for yesteday off which was ok kasi karapatan nila bumoto. I had to work yesterday so Laico had to watch over the kids and he was very ok with it naman.  Normally our yaya's will come back so early mga 6:00 am kasi I also need time to get ready for work kasi 9:00am din start ko. 

This morning only one yaya arrived the new one.. the yaya of Missha.. yung yaya ni Shams hindi pa dumating.  She did not even text me to tell me hindi sya makakarating ng maaga so I called her.. sabi nya tanghali na daw sya dadating kasi late na daw sya natapos bumoto! I was like cut off was 3pm ah! Pero syempre di na ko nag taray.  After the call bigla ako nainis kasi na realize ko na hindi man lang sya nag text kagabi to tell me hindi pala sya uuwi ng maaga, or hindi man lang sya nag text at all kanina until I called her nalang... nasan na ang respeto?? To think may pasok din ako.

So sa madaling salita, yes na high blood ako ng kay aga aga.. I was so annoyed na pati si Laico nasabihan ko ng concern ko regarding yaya.. so we will have a meeting later after work (Laico and I lol) and discuss about what we should do regarding this yaya kasi imagine October 26 to October 29 sya wala.. tapos next weekend ganun nanaman..

Why rant? I love my kids ha and alam ng lahat yan how hands on I am when it comes to my kids. Pero I also work 6 days a week sa hotel and I get tired too.. sana man lang sa nag iisang rest day ko sa isang linggo wag naman nila sabayan ng off din para makapag rest din naman ako diba? Mali ba ko? May point naman ako diba?

Kaya ayun ang istorya ng init ng ulo ko kaninang umaga, sa sobrang init ng ulo ko ang dami ko nasabi na di maganda, pero talagang paguusapan na ito kailangan i-arrange ang mga day off kasi ang hirap din naman mag hire ng bagong yaya lalo na para sa bunsong anak ko pa.. it takes time to retrain pero above all a new yaya cannot win my trust overnight kaya haaay.. dilemma dilemma!!!
